Introductory Sessions (shaded) are recommended for beginners
11:15 session is one hour. All other sessions/classes are 90 minutes PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST CLASS.
New students under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent
or legal guardian for the first 3 classes. Call or check this website for holiday schedules.

See the name of the instructor for each class. Please understand that last minute instructor substitutions may occur.
